Service Description

Programme 1: Rising Leaders (Year 5–6) Focus: Building confidence, teamwork, and self-awareness. Programme Goals: Understand what leadership is and why it matters. Build confidence in speaking and expressing ideas. Learn teamwork, collaboration, and empathy. Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills. Key Modules: Introduction to Leadership: What makes a great leader? Identifying personal strengths. Communication & Confidence: Speaking in front of a group. Listening and responding effectively. Teamwork & Collaboration: Understanding roles in a team. Solving challenges together. Problem-Solving Adventures: Fun activities to develop critical thinking. Reflecting on successes and failures. Mini Leadership Project: Plan and complete a small group project at school or in the community. Outcome: Students leave with a basic understanding of leadership, stronger confidence, and a taste for teamwork and initiative.
