Programme 2: Emerging Leaders (Year 7–8) Focus: Developing interpersonal skills, responsibility, and initiative. Programme Goals: Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Strengthen communication and presentation skills. Learn to lead in small groups and peer settings. Explore ethical decision-making and responsibility. Key Modules: Self & Leadership Style: Discover personal values and leadership strengths. Introduction to emotional intelligence. Effective Communication: Public speaking and storytelling. Conflict resolution and active listening. Team Leadership: Leading group activities and projects. Understanding group dynamics and motivation. Decision-Making & Responsibility: Making choices with ethical awareness. Problem-solving in real-life scenarios. Leadership Challenge Project: Plan and lead a small initiative in school or community. Reflect and present learnings to peers. Outcome: Students gain confidence in leading peers, making thoughtful decisions, and communicating effectively.
