Programme 4: Young Leaders (Year 11–13) Focus: Professional leadership, mentorship, and community impact. Programme Goals: Refine personal leadership identity and vision. Develop mentoring and coaching skills. Lead complex projects with measurable impact. Prepare for leadership beyond school (university, work, community). Key Modules: Personal Leadership & Vision: Define long-term leadership goals. Ethical leadership and influence in wider contexts. Mentorship & Coaching: Leading by example. Supporting peers and junior students. Strategic Project Leadership: Planning and managing large-scale initiatives. Measuring impact and adapting strategy. Professional Skills: Networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Resilience, stress management, and self-discipline. Capstone Leadership Project: Design and implement a significant initiative. Present findings, outcomes, and lessons learned to a wider audience. Outcome: Students graduate as confident, capable leaders ready for higher education, careers, and impactful roles in their communities.
